Stanson, a beautiful Romney wether known for his friendly disposition, produces gorgeous pewter-gray wool. This bump of roving was washed and carded here at our fiber processing mill, Olga's Yurt of Fiber.
It's an easy-to-spin roving and is on the softer side of Romney wool. Because Stanson loves to frolic in the pastures, there is just a bit of VM in this roving but it should easily fall out during spinning. Don't miss out on this lovely fiber.
Be sure to visit our Yarns for Sale Page to see some of this nice roving hand spun into two-ply yarn by local fiber artist, Susan Kroll. Learn more about Susan Kroll and her Shetland sheep on our Meet Our Fiber Friends Page.
